What this site collects

This is a recruiting site for Asher Price. This site is operated by CWP Media Group Texas LLC for Asher Price and his family. Browsing it needs no account. The only form is the contact form for college coaches, recruiting staff and media or business partners. If you use it we collect the name, email address, program or organization (optional), message, and the kind of inquiry you pick. We also keep the date and time you sent it.

Nothing else is asked for. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page loads. It does not use cookies or build a profile of you, and its reports are aggregate. Cloudflare processes this data for us.

Who receives your message

Each message is emailed to Asher's family and to the administrators at CWP Media Group Texas LLC, and a copy is stored in the site's database so nothing is lost if an email fails. We do not sell your details and do not use them for marketing.

Services that handle visitor data

The site runs on Cloudflare, which sees your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and to block abuse. We keep a short-lived request counter per IP address (cleared within a day) to stop form spam. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs in your browser. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when it does.

The photographs and film link to or come from other sites (for example Hudl, MaxPreps and social profiles). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

The website's stored copy of a contact message is deleted after 24 months. Copies emailed to Asher's family and to CWP Media Group Texas LLC are kept in their inboxes and are deleted when someone removes them; ask us at info@cwpmediatx.com to have your message removed from those inboxes too. We may keep a message longer only when the law requires it, for example a valid legal order to preserve it.
